Welcome to Blue Dolphin Craft

Have you ever been so wrapped up in what you are doing, that time just fades away and the worries of the world are gone, just for a time? It can be a beautiful space to be in. This is what crafting does for many people, myself included. When you allow yourself to let creativity flow, there is amazing freedom and joy. Not only are there benefits while crafting, but there is also great benefit in seeing your finished work of art!

Our sunflower grew into a little book! This album is 3 ½ x 3 ½ inches. It has 7 pages with 6 pockets. It can hold 20 photos which is a lot in such a small album. My first tiny album was very popular, and people requested another album but this time a bit bigger. After creating the sunflower, I wasn’t sure what to do with it. Your helpful suggestions pointed me in the right direction. Thank you all for helping me decide what to do. Ok, here it is.

To see how the first sunflower was made, see my last blog Sunflower Days.

From there I made the album using instructions from TracysTreasures24.

They are altered as I wanted a full hardcover and spine.

Throughout the project, I used the new In Colour Stampin Inks, In Colour Card Stock and In Colour Ribbon. The papers are all from the Flowers for Every Season Designer Series Paper. The main stamp set is Celebrate SunflowersI used Aqua Painters and ink to hand paint the images. Adhesives used are Tear & Tape, Stampin’ Seal and Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

The hedgehog and ladybirds come from a stamp set the is no longer available. Stampin’ Up! colours coordinate so beautifully; it makes designing so easy.

I hope you enjoy this lovely little album. If you have any questions, please contact me

Everything you need to make this album is available at My Store. Please visit and let me know what you think.
